Stone Mill Signature Golf Package Spring, summer and fall in Minnesota is perfect for hitting the links and enjoying that great game; Golf.  Stone Mill Hotel & Suites in Lanesboro, MN knows that getting away for a few rounds of golf doesn’t have to be expensive. This Package Includes: Discounted Room Rate on a Sunday – Thursday Night Stay 36 holes of golf at two of Lanesboro’s golf courses: Lanesboro Public Course:  (9 holes played through twice) Lanesboro Public Course: (9 holes played through twice) The 9-hole Lanesboro Public course features 5,458 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. The course rating is 65.8 and it has a slope rating of 105. This course features tree-lined fairways and extremely large greens. Either water hazards or sand bunkers come into play on every hole, so accuracy is essential. In addition, out-of-bounds areas line five holes and two fairways are doglegs. The Old Barn Golf Course: (18 holes) The Old Barn Resort is approximately 5 miles west of Lanesboro. The course is par 70 and approximately 6,200 yards long. It is a challenging course that plays over the Root River and through the valley. The longest hole is a 590 yard, par 5 over the river, dogleg left.
