FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Which Rooms will accomodate my group?
A: Stone Mill staff will assist in the best  room arrangements for your group based on guest numbers and preferences. 

Q: What if we don't have a group to fill the retreat?
A: You are welcome to reserve the retreat with fewer guests, but the total rental rate stays at the specified breakdowns with the 10 person minimum base rate, the next tier being the 16 base rate, and the last tier for 24 occupants.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: You will want to bring your own personal toiletries and clothes. If you want to cut down on dishes, you may wish to bring your own paper products (plates, silverware, cups). However, the kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with regular plates, silverware, glassware, serving dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We will also provide one pillow, one hand towel, one bath towel and washcloth per guest. Bed linens (including sheets and blankets) are provided.

Q: What about food?
A: Your group will supply food for the weekend. If you don't want to cook every meal, check out the list of great local eating establishments on the dining page at www.lanesboro.com

Q: What are the check in/out times?
A: Friday through Sunday, check in is at noon on Friday and check out is at 4 p.m. on Sunday; we can be flexible with these times if our reservation schedule permits.

Q: What if I would like to add additional days to my stay?
A: You can add an additional weekday night to any reserved weekend for an additional fee of just $200 plus tax each day.

We appreciate if you can let us know at the time of your reservation if you would like to add any additional days. A $300 deposit is due upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the balance is not received withing that time frame, the reservation may be cancelled and forfeited. Reservations needed to be changed more than 45 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival are eligible to have the deposit applied to a future reservation. No deposits will be refunded.
